Why is this methodology unique?
It combines effective data-driven and fact-based methodologies with an experiential psychological approach.
Contrary to popular belief, learning is not only driven by the rational mind and thinking, but also by emotions. Results in a work environment are also linked to feelings, positive emotions linked to being part of a group and participating in its objectives.
Emotions speak through our body. Music is an emotional vehicle that helps us release emotions. Our body speaks the language of the unconscious and thus our deepest self. And with our body we can dialogue with our unconscious from which our orientations for life and work arise.
Developing these skills allows our emotional level to connect to our rational level, to enrich it, bringing the contributions coming from intuition and creativity. The psychological approach part of our methodology is different from psychotherapy and allows the emotional language to be expressed, recognised and listened to.
A complex and unified approach better reflects the nature of the human being, embracing mind and emotions. Our methodology goes beyond simplistic approaches based on performing exercises that have no impact on our deeper levels. By a simple rule, complex issues must be addressed with a complex (but not complicated) and unified approach.
